How We Can Help

Our NDIS-eligible OT services

Functional Capacity Assessments (Identified Needs Assessment)

A Functional Capacity Evaluation is a comprehensive review of your abilities for living independently. This review helps you and the NDIS understand your support needs, now and into the future.

Supported Independent Living (SIL) Assessments

Supported Independent Living is one type of support to help you live in your home. It includes help or supervision with daily tasks, like personal care or cooking meals. It helps you live as independently as possible, while building your skills.

Specialised Disability Accommodation (SDA) Assessments

Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) is a range of housing designed for people with extreme functional impairment or very high support needs.
SDA dwellings have accessible features to help residents live more independently and allow other supports to be delivered better or more safely.

Assistive Equipment and Technology (AT) Assessments

Assistive technology is equipment or devices that help you do things you can’t do because of your disability. This equipment and technology may also help you do activities of daily living more easily or safely.

Sensory Assessments

Sensory Assessments help people to understand their sensory processing issues.
And by understanding their sensory processing issues, treatment programs to manage and gradually increase sensory inputs can be developed and implemented.

Short-Term Therapy For People With Cognitive and Mental
Disabilities

Short-term Occupational Therapy helps adults with low-intensity therapy needs. Please note that My OT 2 Go does not provide short-term therapies to children
